    new and i need a little help..

    Im 43, 5foot 6 175 pounds been working out for 2 years 3 to 4 times a week, ive seem to hit a wall, my friend wants me to do a 10 week cycle with him, 100 mgs sustanol twice a week, i dont want to get huge but i do want to get a lot bigger than i am , at 43 its not that easy, Does this sound like a safe amount, the other reason i dont want to do more is i am a recovering alcoholic and stopped drinking 4 years ago, when i stopped i started having panic attacks, so i had to watch what i eat and drink no more coffee, and watch the sugar, will this make me jittery or nervous, and will it effect my sleep, i would love all the help i can get ...............thanks.. the new guy...

    Hey new guy, I'm glad you decided to ask before starting, since I'd say there are a few problems with what you're planning. First, you should be aware that although steroids are not addictive in a physiological sense, they are extra dangerous for people with addictive pasts, and I'm sure you know that. Plus, anabolics can cause night sweats, insomnia, and rapid changes in mood for the good or the bad, etc, and this might not be good for you considering your past. Lastly, I wouldn't recommend doing a sustanon cycle first. For your first cycle, do a single test ester like test cyp or test enan at 500mg/week. This standard dosage should be even a little high for someone your age, who's test levels are inevitably lower than that of a normal 25 year old. If you run a shot every 3.5 days at 250mg each shot for 10-12 weeks, then run PCT, you could put on as much as 25+ lbs of good muscle.

    Just my opinion though,

    If you dont want to get 'huge', dont go with 500mg. 300 - 400 will be good.

    100mg sustanon will be only slightly (and I mean slightly) more effective than your current test levels. You will basically be replacing your endogenous test with exogenous test.

    New guy...

    Thanks guys, this is all new to me i will talk to my friend about test cyp and test enan, i would imagine this is a different type of testosterone , last year he was doing 100 mgs a week of sustanon , and i told him he was wasting his money, because he wasnt gettin any bigger, so this time around he wants to up it to 200mgs a week. hes 47 and has been working out for 15 years and is not that big, and im tited of wasting my time, and thanks for the concern about the addicitive part i have been thinking about this for a year now...Thanks

    The first mistake was dropping your fat to such an unhealthy amount. This could have suppressed your test production and I have read that it could stay suppressed from going too low to no fat diets.

    At your age you might be a canidate for HRT and be able to get a script for AAS. You should get to a HRT specialist and see what's going on.

    I went on the low fat diet about two months ago because my cholerstol was 297.. Its down to 210 now i was eating like an animal, all garbage, and fried food ... Thanks

    Doesn't matter why you did it..... I'm telling you what the outcome could be from doing that. It's not smart to lower your fat like that........ eatting healthy fats would havel help lean you out and also with your cholesterol problem.

    Your cholesterol is still high and running AAS will def make it go back up.
