    Random thoughts on the BP... anyone take supplements to maintain a lower BP? Not any meds, but herbal extracts of sorts?

    just checked my BP it was around 140/70, currently im on an ECA stack. sometimes it feels like my head/eye is about to burst. Is my BP to high or something ??
