    I need some cutting cycle info

    I have never used aas during cutting before and I am curious as to how much it would actually help with it. I usually just do cardio every morning for an hour, fix my diet, and use clen . Will I see better results with aas? Can anyone recommend a cycle for cutting?

    I had mf bf checked today so I am 5'11" 223lbs 16%bf, My goals are to be around 240lbs and 10%bf

    thats a pretty hefty goal...dont give up on it though bro...

    I would suggest heading over to the diet forum and trimming down to that 8 to 10 % BF range and then bulking if you decide to go with the AAS...

    Also how many years have you been training?...

    I lifted pretty heavy for four years and two the last two years off, I have been lifting again for almost six months. The 240lbs is a long term goal, for the short term I am looking for 220-225, I was 216 @ 14%bf when I stopped lifting. I am not into heavy or frequent cycles I like to be as natural as possible and I don't want to start bulking untill I am below 10% bf
