    test 500

    this is my first time using roids and im on my 4th week of test 500mg. i take it once a week and havnt noticerd results. i lift every other day . i also take whey protein. any advice?

    what ester is the test you are running? if its enthate or cypoinate thats why you havent seen anything yet. and is it 500mg/ml? never heard of that high of a concentration

    my advice would be too check out the diet forum. gains require calories, not just "whey protien". it's all in how you eat, that's it

    I think he means 500mg per week...but it's probably Enanthate or Cypionate , and Test E takes 5-6 weeks for results, and Test C takes 7-8 weeks for results

    For starters split the dose up to two, 250mg shots every week. Maybe one shot on Monday, and the other on Thursday...
