First Cycle - Testosterone Enanthate
Just looking for some guidance.
29 yrs old
I just started a very clean diet and cardio.
I'm looking to lean up and gain about 10lbs of muscle.
With the fat that my muscles will burn combined with cardio and a good diet I think I can lose 10lbs of fat and gain it back in muscle.
What do you guys think?
I plan on starting Test E next Monday.
What would you recomend as far as dosage per shot, per wk. How many weeks.
I know to start my PCT 14 days after my last shot.

500 mg test e split on 2 shoots every 3,5 days with anti e

I seem to get nine 1ml shots per 10ml bottle. Count on losing 1ml over 9 draws per vial and pla accordingly. I had to order more so I can go ten weeks at 500mg/wk test-e. MMMMMMMMM test-e. Well worth the extra order and I'll have enough left over to run 500mg test-e/wk for 12 weeks and 200mg deca for 10 weeks later this year. Really like the quick recovery times and test-e doesn't seem to give me any sides (well......).

Any water retention with Test E. How much muscle did you gain?

I have a theory about what is growing fast and why. My anterior delts, glutes, erectors, triceps, and quads are growing over night but I was a competitive swimmer (butterfly as well as a motocrosser in my youth). I think the muscles that were worked hard as a young man are primed to grow and I'll have to really focus on the others. Hell, It's like the muscle fairy came in a removed my anterior deltoid (It's non-existant!)
I'm not a body builder but want a balanced physique so I will work my weak spots; but, I'm really going for strength over size: Lots of heavy power moves in every workout.
Note: the recuperative power of AAS are amazing. The only muscles I seem to be able to make sore are my glutes and erectors. The others will be fatigued to the point where I can barely wash my hair and shave but by the next day or so, I'm ready to hit it again. Amazing! Oh yeah, I eat 100-150 grams of various protiens before bed each night right before bed and drink tons of water.
