    Your cycle looks good to me but I'd suggest you start the Clen at 40 or 60 mcg/day if it is your first time on Clen to see if you can handle the sides. Clen caused bad cramps and shakes and some sleeping disorder to me. If you can handle the sides, you can increase it by 20 mcg/day until you reach the 120 mcg/day.

    I used Prop in two cycles and loved it. No water retention at all; just solid mass and strength gains.
    real quick question, what did your diet look like for your prop/var cycle. a bit curious?

    But I had increased my Carb and Fat intake. My calorie intake from Carbs was between 2500 and 3000 and from Fat 600 to 700 mainly from Flaxseed and Olive Oil, and the Protein intake was about 320 GM.

    You can adjust your calorie intake based on how much weight and fat you gain because results may vary from person to other based on other activities you do etc.

    Well I'm actually on UD 2.0 using 75mg Var ED + Clen (2 on / 2 off)..

    I'm in my third wk right now and I already gained weight and lost a SERIOUS amount of fat.
