    Arrow ok guys, I need your advice!!!

    Hey whats goin on guys.... im on a test e 500 deca 400 a week and im kick starting it with dbol ....so far its been 13 days...and I have gained 6 pounds all in the first week...this last week I had exams, so I wasnt able to eat as much as I liked, but I still got in a lot of food....but my question is... is 6 pounds in 13 days good so far?

    yeah thtas what I think too, im takin 25 mg nolva a day to help fight the bloat.... I cant wait for test to kick in! Do you guys know when deca usually begins to hit?

    Deca takes about five weeks although everyone is different. Arimidex is better for bloat IMO

    ive read many posts where guys have gained 10 in a week...what am i doing wrong? any suggestiong...im taking in about 4-5 big meals and 3-4 shakes a day

    I don't think that is bad and everyone is different. For me, I don't gain alot of water weight at all, so the gains are not as dramatic on me.

    yeah im going to start eating a lot more this week...gold ol home cooked meals lol (healty choices ofcourse)

    you cant compare yourself to others.. each person will be effected diff.. to many variables.. concentrate on your diet rather than your numbers of weight gain..
