well ive taken reforvit b 50ml bottle with the animals on it. its good stuff, but it tastes terrible and it can get a little tiresome drinking the taste of crushed vitamins daily.

I've found that taking reforvit-b with cranberry juice works very well. I usually get a good mouthful of juice, shoot the juice on the backside of tongues and swallow everything at once. Then just chase it down with some more juice. You won't even have an after taste.
