    Exclamation Last minute questions: Starting Clen tomorrow!

    Ok guys, I know I probably ask some of the same questions over and over, but there's no harm in making sure I have this right.....

    I just finished my cycle of T200/EQ/Winny. Need to cut some post-cycle fat. I'm sure you guys know about my cycle from the diary...Anyways......

    I am starting Clen tomorrow. I have the 40mcg Clen tabs from a Chinese Labratory ( Not ** ). Last time I took clen, I had 20mcg Spiropent tabs, and I worked up to 6 per day. I think I could handle more than that.

    I plan on running my clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off using hydroxicut.

    I am going to run it 8 weeks, total of 4 weeks on Clen.

    Here are the questions:

    1) Can I go up to 4 tabs per day ( 160mcg ) ?

    2) How much cardio is TOO much cardio? I do NOT want to spare much mass/strength. I was thinking 30 min 3-4x/week.......

    if you dont go above 45 mins a day you will be just fine. I think that 30 mins is a good number for fat loss. its done wonders for me.

    just try to stick around your target heart rate and make sure not to go to far above it and you wont lose any mass.

    If you want to shed fat do your cardio right upon rising in the AM when there is no glycogen in your system works a lot better.

    you can go up to 10 tab/d
    30minX 3 days/w is sufficient.

    Alevok , these are 40mcg tabs. If I went up to 10/day, that would be 400mcg's. I have NEVER heard of anybody going that high, and I do not believe you can.

    I am going up to 4 tabs per day, which is 160mcg's........

    Maybe you were thinking they are 20mcg tabs?

    when you guys says 30min 3x a week is sufficent while on clen . I was wondering if the same would appy for myself, I am about to start clomid in 1 week for my post deca only cycle, and am planning on also hitting clen/eca and yohimburn, would it be a good idea to hit 30min cardio 3x a week? also how intense should this cardio be? how fast on tredmill? i am not trying to lose ANY muscle mass so i want to do this the safest way possible. any suggestions are appreciated.

    PS: Lookingtocut, not trying to steal your thread just need similar info for myself. thnx.

    I understand, but please start your own thread for those questions....

    Anyways, at the gym today, I felt my heart pounding, but only lasted 30 seconds or so.....

    I'm up to 3 tabs so far ( 40mcg ) - 120mcg.....

    I plan on going to 4 tomorrow, and staying at that dose..total of 160mcg's.....

    Cardio sometimes 4x/week for 30 min....in the AM....3-4x/week

    I'll keep everyone posted.

    I assume he meant ten tabs of 20mcgs each. I've personally gone to 160mcgs a day while on spiro, and 200 with russians.

    As for cardio, I do a fasssst walk for 20-30 minutes at a moderate incline. Thats enough for me to lose weight and stay healthy.
