HELP! I'm freeking out here!
I'm sorry for the repost, but I really need some answers fast!
I made an order a little while back and it was supposed to have already been delivered. Every time I've tracked the package it hasn't moved at all. I've called Fedex about it and they said they don't know why it hasn't moved. They put out a trace to find it today but I haven't heard anything back yet. If it were seized by customs, wouldn't Fedex know about it and be able to tell me? The Fedex representative said the only reason it wouldn't have been delivered by now is that it was seized by customs or it was misplaced, but they didn't know which it was. It was gift wrapped and sent as an unsolicited gift. Should I be worried? What should I do?
Also, it was sent by a single guy. Not a big company. I paid good money to have it shipped right. There's no reason it shouldn't have been delivered it two days.

No one here is going to know what happened to your parcel, the people who will know are Fedex, ring them and get your answers otherwise its all a guessing game for us

was it international?
if so, there is no guarantee on delivery time.
u say its 2 days late, call fedex back and speak to a manager and get a answer.
but my magic 8 ball is telling me there is a problem with ur pact....

customs does not alert the carrier to seizures,, if its seized you lost yoru product unless you were getting a large shipment

It was definitely shipped. It's not my source's fault in any way. He said if they don't find it he'll put up half the money to replace it. He talked with Fedex and they said that it cleared customs, but misplaced it. So, it's Fedex's fault.
