Mass Tabs- Do I take on off days?

Hey guys,

I just bought a box of Mass Tabs. I have a question. I lift weights every other day. Do I take on my days off or would I be better off using only on workout days?

If you have taken Mass Tabs, please let me know how it worked out.

they used to be a legal PH...however they got discontinued by IDS a couple months ago

I was able to find a box on ebay for $85. Everywhere else was sold out. From everything I have read, people seem to like it. Sounds as good as gear.
