    Trenbolone increases prostaglandin f-2 alpha.

    In any way is too broad for anybody to give you an answer. For example it's possible it increases cancer metastases, but not an issue if you don't have liver cancer. You can never know all the actions of a substance.

    It won't put any stress on your liver ie it's not liver toxic. Your butthole is another story.
