tax on juice

I recently got arrested on other charges and the police searched my home and found some gear.They did not charge me with them as they stated there where only 3 doses.I had 45 cc's of fina..About a month later I recieved a letter from the IRS and they are making me pay taxes on the gear (said I had 90 does)..Anyone have any advice..Should I pay it as I am scared it would admit my guilt...

What the hell?? They said you couldn't be charged with only 3 doses, and you had 45 cc's of fina?? Sounds screwy to me, but I guess I would be counting my blessings.

I've never heard of anything like this. According to the feds 10 ml is one dose. You could pay it under protest. I'd see a lawyer first. This would be a good question for Rick Collins.

definately get legal counsil before doing anything. I've personally never heard of anything like this, but I'll do some digging, as I'm a little intrigued now. But I would definately get legal advise.

sounds weird to me. something is under the surface. go to an attorney's office. and take the letter with you. Madmax

Yea bro the fuckin government has a plan i promise you, they dont want your little tax money. Go to a lawyer and get this planned out, they definetly have a alterior motive, they so sneaky!!!

45 cc's of fina is 45 shots typically.

I agree with everyone. go to a lawyer period.

But if it turns out to be real and up and up you should pay it. the irs doesnt change their minds ever.

i "forgot" to declare 1000 dollars and i paid out the nose for it in the end with the irs.
