    Arrow 10th Wk Update &??

    HELLO, I'M STARTING MY 10TH WEEK OF

    30MG DBOL WK1-4

    SUST 250 2XWK WK1-12

    DECA 200 2XWK WK1-12

    WINNY 50ED PILL WK7-13

    ARIDX 50ED WK1-16

    HGC 500IUED WK13-15

    CLOMID WK15-18

    CLEN WK14-18 2ON 2 OFF

    OK I'M 5'6" 34 YRS OLD 15%BF

    STARTED AT 172LBS AT 203LBS NOW

    GREAT STRNGTH GAINS BUT GAINS SEEM TO HAVE STOPPED I'VE GAINED APPROX 2LBS FAT WOULD IT BE WISE TILL WK 15 TO CUT CALORIES TO HELP SHED FAT. THENUP THEM AFTER SUST OUT OF SYSTEM(wk15). does this sound logical or will it screw thing up any help would be appr.

    Your doing fine!! If you feel you want to be leaner, hit the tredmill, lower your calorie intake, and you should lose those lbs.

    If you have gained 31 lbs and only 2 of it is fat then you should be the happiest man in the world. Keep doing what you are doing it couldn't be going better in my opinion.

    I might try lowering that arimidex dosage to .25 mg ed also, .5mg ed may be overkill, and that may be hindering your gains, although like they said, your cycle seems to be going pretty damn well.
