My aching back!
Fellas
Im at the end of week 3 on a 4wk dbol (30), 8wk deca (400), 10 wk (sus) 500 cycle and my lower back is tighter than a mofo. I read a thread maybe last month that someone posted about the same thing,
but I cant find it. I think I remember it saying that Dbol was the cause.
Is it true? and What can be done if anything to ease the tension. Also
I pulled a ligament or something between my chest and shoulder on my
right side in the middle of benching. Thats gonna put a damper on my max cause I cant f w/ it for a while, remember Im at the beginning of a
cycle so any suggestions for a speedy recovery is appreciated. Whats
the Word?

Dude try this stretch out
You need a partner to do it
1. Lay down on your back facing ceiling.
2. Raise one leg in front of you with leg bent and knee to chest or almost touching chest.
3. Have partner push again the bottom of your heal until your alternate leg slightly lifts off the floor. Hold for 15 seconds.
4Alternate legs
Just an awesome stretch on the back, may help ya some I hope. Let me know

Its sore from dbol pumps, get some liquidex, and it will all go away.
