How much test?

Ive used several cycles consisting of 500mg of test a week and 400mg deca . I use dbol to kick start it too, my question is that im sick of using deca as it shuts me down really hard but seems to give good results with the test, I cant get equipoise so i thinking of just using straight test with some dbol to kick start things. What test dose do you think i would need to get good gains?? Also should i go for test cyp or sustanon ?

Well if you have done "several" cycles you should know how your body reacted and how much you should use in the future! If you did 500mg/week of test on each cycle bump it up to 800mg/week and see what results you start to get. But try to add something else like maybe 100mg fina ed and you'll get much better results. But as for the sus i'm not a big fan of it because of the slow and fast acting esters don't keep a constant level so you'll have to inject ed. But to each his own!
