    Unhappy Problems, Swelling & fever!

    Hello,

I am on my 12th day on Tren 40mg ED + Test P 50mg ED (I am injecting 2.5 cc per day with 25g 1" needles).

I started with the thighs as my injection site and when i found that it was easy injections, i started to inject my thighs every day for 10 days (Check attached an illustration about how i was rotating the the thigh injections, the numbers inside the red circles are for the day/injection number)

Normally, after each injection i do not feel any pain, however after 1 to 2 days i feel the pain, now and after 10 days, the pain is not tolerable, i can't even pend my Knee, i can't go up the stairs, i can't sit to drive my car! I noticed a huge swelling around my both knees not below the injection spots (see the 2nd pic)

Yesterday my temp. was increasing, i took something for the fever and Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory drug, the Temp is normal again but still i have the same Swelling around my Knees.

    - What is happening?
    - How did that swelling around my knees happened?
    - Is it possible that the injected gear left the muscle and went down and accumulated around the knees?
    - If yes, would i still be able to benefit from the gear?
    - What do you recommend to get rid of the swelling around the knees?

    Thanks,
    Shadeed

Too many injections in one muscle group. Just because you're rotating around doesn't mean the effect isn't accumulative. You need to start injecting glutes, tris, pecs, etc so that you have more areas to pin.

    Is this your first cycle?

Thanks, gotta check, lots of teens lately.

How are you injecting 2.5cc per day at 40mg or tren and 50mg prop ed? What are the mgs per CC of those compounds?

I started with the thighs as my injection site and when i found that it was easy injections, i started to inject my thighs every day for 10 days (Check attached an illustration about how i was rotating the the thigh injections, the numbers inside the red circles are for the day/injection number)

    - What is happening? you rotated yes, but using the same muscle group.
    - How did that swelling around my knees happened? injecting in an area does not mean a nearby location cannot swell anyway.
    - Is it possible that the injected gear left the muscle and went down and accumulated around the knees? you are using test prop, so there is an oil in it, so it could happen.
    - If yes, would i still be able to benefit from the gear? the problem is not where the gear is located (it must be within a muscle of course) but how it is metabolized.
    - What do you recommend to get rid of the swelling around the knees? stop injecting in your thighs and start delts, pects, triceps, biceps, traps and lats. go away from the lower part of your body, forget also your glutes.

    Thanks,
    Shadeed

40mg Tren is 0.4 cc and the Test prop is 50 mg per 2cc, that's the only Test P that i could find!

Yesterday i did my 11th injection in the Right Glutes, today it is planned to be on the Left Glutes, why do you want me to avoid Glutes?

Can the oil leave the injection spot? but how can you get the benefits from the substance in the oil?

Sounds like anaphylaxis to me. Even though you're injecting into a large muscle group, you sound like you have triggered a light immune response. You should also try pinning the Prop and Tren seperately, as the Prop is human grade gear, and your prop has to be underground, so there may be a difference in powder&solvent quality that may be causing the rxn. Discontinue the tylenol and NSAID's to see if the fever has lifted and if your body is still reacting to the gear. Injections can often snake up or down the muscle, which may be the reason there is adema in your knee. However, the immune response can also be responsible for the adema below the site of injection. Try 50mg Benadryl(Diphenhydramine) 2 times daily, and see if that attenuates any of your symptoms.

Thanks Godfather, I don't think that I will be able to do 2 injections per day, also I do not know what are the tylenol and NSAID's? Concerning the Benadryl, what is it for, what it can do to help? can I take Ketotifen instead?

it should not happen if you hit the targeted muscle

stop taking any medicine to lower your temperature and see how much goes up and how much lasts.
it should not go above 38.5 ºC, in case it does, i would go seeing a doctor.

Thanks BJJ, any specific reason why the fever should stop at 38.5 ºC?
When you inject in other sites, are you supposed to flex or relax them?

Well, as far as I am concerned higher than that it is not test flu anymore but something else.
Temperature is risen by the organism to protect itself and destroy the "invaders" (said in an easy way).

Just warm the muscle where you intend to inject, keep it relaxed and shoot.
Make a little massage just after you took off the needle and contract the muscle.

Tylenol is a non-narcotic analgesic. NSAID=Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug.

The point of stopping these drugs is because they can suppress the fever. We want to see if you are still experiencing the reaction, it will help point out whether it is an infection or just an anaphylactic reaction. Benadryl is an anti-histamine, and if you are in fact having an anaphylactic reaction(allergic reaction) this will help to attenuate the symptoms.

Shadeed i injected my leg and had similar symptoms but only in one leg. This happened a week ago:

    Swelling around knee
    Redness at knee
    Warm to the touch
Very swollen.. almost comical.. about 1/4 bigger than other knee
    No flex

Day 2 most pain.. really hurt to walk
Day 3 pain noticeably subsiding or maybe i was getting used to it
Day 4 saw doctor.. little pain but freaked about swelling not going down AT ALL.

Went to doctor after reading a lot online and finding no solutions. Doctor diagnosed as cellulitis , an infection. Doctor prescribed cephalaxin a penicillin based antibiotic. Swelling has gone down considerably but infection has spread to ankle. Ankle is swollen up again in a comical looking way. Been on antibiotics for a few days feel much better. Doc visit $100, antibiotics free, not having to worry about amputation or being put on IV priceless. I would see a doc if this doesn't clear up in 48-72 hours. I waited until the 4th day and honestly wish I had gone the 2nd day.

Thanks, but don't you think if i am allergic to any of the ingredients, i would have seen these symptoms on day 1, 2 or 3 utmost, my problems started to appear on day 10,11 & 12!

Thanks for sharing this, i will look into it, i also went to a doc yesterday and he wanted me to do specific blood analysis. He gave me Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory gel to massage the swollen area. When he was checking my knees, he was pressing on the surrounding area and i felt sever pain, he asked me if i have a history of Rheumatic Fever or Gouty Arthritis, i said no but he gave my also medicines for those illness did not take any of these, will wait for the blood work results and judge from there.

Keep us posted.. my leg also had severe pain when pressed on particularly days 2 and 3. Also my shins got really plump. Like on my healthy leg you can see the indentation of the calf muscle. The sick leg is so blown up that indentation is gone.

The truth is I initially thought this was regular Staph. Do research on your own. You said you have fever. If your leg is warm to the touch and you have a fever, in all likelihood its some sort of infection its just a matter of which one. Cellulitis is a type of Staph i believe but its not what people mean when they say "staph". Staph causes abcesses that ooze and it attacks the muscle, whereas my pain started subsiding on day 4.

Reading through the thread I m still not sure you know that you shouldn't inject repeatedly in the same muscle group. Everyone has given good advice with how to deal with the fever and pain, but it won't go away if you continue to inject in your quads. That is what caused the problem. Make sure you rotate sites.
