NO! Finastride (propecia 1mg or proscar 5mg) inhibits the conversion of testosterone to DHT by means of the 5-alpha reductase. It is the DHT that has a negative effect on hair, not the testosterone. Winstrol is a synthectic DHT. Since it is allready in the form of DHT finastride will do nothing to prevent the effects that winny has on the hair line. This is also true for other compounds such as primo, halo, proviron , etc. which are all allready in the DHT form. If you are dead set on using winny you should look into a topical solution called Spironolactone 2%. This comepetes with the dht receptors in the hair folicules to block out a great percentage of the DHT. This would in fact lesson the effects of the winny, but not propecia
