Diet plays a huge role mate also how you train.

A 10 week cycle of good old test prop is great and harden muscles up with the right diet...

i know masteron will harden you up like concrete but you have to already be at a low bf% for it to be effective. its like icing on the cake especially for those who compete they use it at the end of their training.

Diet is the best way. As far as hardening drugs,,MASTERON ,,WINSTROL ,,HALO they all work well
in a body with a low % bodyfat.

Very patronising comment, besides what would you know about bodybuilding? Looks like the only bodybuilding you have done is with silicone.
