anyone has a great strength program, when on cycle?
want to add some serious poundages next cycle! past cycles I havent pushed myself enough to add significant amounts of weight!

Check out the powerlifting forum. We have a lot of world champion powerlifters on there and they know their shit.

Don't forget to include deca in your next cycle if you plan on throwing around some serious poundage. As you already know Iron, heavy weight can pay a serious toll on the joints. Deca, aka "WD40 for the joints" will solve that problem.
For me, just the thought of knowing that I'm on something makes me stronger. Despite being on any so-called bulking cycles, a cutting cycle like eq/winny makes me feel like I'm a barbarian. Nothing feels better in the gym then beating last weeks max

and yes, increasing weight is the best
