Hey all first time posting, looking for some advice. I'm 6'1 240 around 17/18% bodyfat coming off downtime, have been lifting for about 10 years off and on, more off then on but i know the basics. Starting first cycle of deca shortly looking for best dose and thinkin of adding a fat burner along with it, something with as little side effects as possible.
