Transdermal vs. Intramuscular injections
I am new to all this. My doctor prescribed me with test cream. I was wondering if there are any advantages or disadvantages to using cream vs. injections?

Don't have to stick yourself, but not as effective.

Is that why my dosage is so high? I'm going to be doing 100mg every day.

Yes, much less of the test applied to the skin makes it to the bloodstream. The only good thing about cream is that many report a greater affect on the libido compared to injections that result in the same blood levels of test. That said transdermal is like kissing through a screen door, you gotta pin it to win it.

my doc wanted to give me cream. I continued to argue until he gave in.
Did you know you can pass test to your woman by simply touching her? Or your kids? (women are very sensitive to test)
Test cream provides a steady dose throughout the week, but NOT the day... it spikes during the day, unlike injections.
