    BF% and AAS

Just wondering for interest sake. I always see people suggest against AAS with high BF%. Is this simply because of the obvious proper diet and exercise is still needed or for some other reason?

the only reason i can think of is the asthetics involved
meaning a cut person would look like they will have gained more due to being so lean

im in the high teens, low 20s and all cycles i have run ended up leaning me up, even though i gained 15-20 lbs
    go figure

No. It is because the aromatase enzyme is highly concentrated in fat cells. The more fat you have, the more estrogen conversion you will experience.

Not to nitpick you chief, but I was under the impression it was stored in adipose tissue, not fat cells (slight difference), or am I wrong ?

Also, a high BF is typically correlated to a non-dedicated person. Showing that a person could cut from 25% BF to 15% BF would be more likely imply they have the self control and responsibility of handling AAS.

Adipose tissue is 80% fat. So it's basically the same thing...

I think that there is some truth to less sides but i mostly think its stupid. Im 6'3" 313lbs and 17% bf and it certainly doesn't look bad. Not everyone wants to be a body builder or a skinny ass abercrombie and fitch model.

I agree somewhat buff, but most guys that come on here are 190-220 lbs who are 6ft+ that are 18-20% Bodyfat and they would look completely different than yourself as you've got another 30+ lbs of muscle on you.

I totally agree. So many guys get attacked because they have 15% or 17% BF when really, unless your competing or something that is not that high. And if anything, I get better gains in strength when on and at about %15. Everyone carries BF differently too. I personally don't like when I get below 15%, feel like I am starting to look small.

I posted up some pics at 17%bf its really not that bad when your 300lbs. I cut down to 250 once and lost about 100lbs off of all my max lifts, and I didnt like not feeling thick and strong.
