    I wouldn't do any less then 400mg/wk of either EQ or test. If its your first cycle drop the EQ for now. If you have done a couple take them both at a dose of 400mg/wk min.

    I dont know what type of body type you have or what your eating habits are like currently but I wouldn't eat this clean. If you are putting on mass then eat like it. Save the chicken breast and fish for leaning. Its just as important to cycle your diet with your AAS's. You metabolism will adapt to your eating habits just as your body adapts to AAS's.

    I think he is implying he is taking a 200mg shot of test c and 200 mg of eq on mwf totaling 600mg per week of each. I would stop the eq in week 12-15 and run test c one week past the eq. Then start the winny so it runs 3 weeks past last inject of eq.
    example
    eq 1-12
    test c 1-13
    whinny 10-15ed

    start clomid 300/100/50 nest day after last shot of whinny

    Everything thing else looks good to me bro. Good luck and grow well.

    Where is your post workout meal? What are you trying to accomplish with this cycle and diet?

    1/2 of a nlarge protein shake immediatly after workout the about 20 minutes later:
    DINNER

    trying to add mass but kinda stay away from fat
    extreme is right i plan on running 600 mg of both a week this currently my 4th cycle stats 6'1" 214 9%bf age:28
