    Angry Almost had a heart attack

    well we all know how much we love LEG day

    and I didnt have time to eat before workout [had 2 hours]
    and argurment with gf didnt really help either, So i go on and pop 6 ephedrine tabs [25 mg each = 150 mg]
    and then i am driving to gym with my buddy and he asked me to take some caffeine from the glove box.
    so I pop 4 caffeine tabs [800mg]

    so one would imagine I have tonnes of energy for workout

    here I am at 6' 205#

    and my average no belt, no spot squat is 2 plates [each side]
    I did that after warming up

    go on to second set
    did 3 plates [4 reps], still no assistance from spotter [every rep for squat, I go deep down]

    so for the hell of it I put 4 plates [405#] and did about 6 half reps and then superset with 2 plates
    .................................................

    I was sweating like a MOFO and my heart racing like Formula 1 car

    finished decline press with 10 plates [each side]

    my legs were rock hard and I could barely walk, I was sweating, completely dehydrated.

    I was able to pull another seated calve raise [3 sets, light]

    I couldnt take it any longer so i went to stretch before I left and I was so light headed I dropped on to a floor mat to rest.

    My heart rate was still up, and felt so sick, and booked it to the washroom, and threw up sink full ... so disgusted and sick, but felt better when it was out.

    lesson learnt: NEVER FUCK WITH high EPHEDRINE/CAFFEINE dosage

    HAS anybody else experienced this type of shit??

    Made a mistake like that once and over energized too....becarefull that is very dangerous....what would have ahappend if you passed out while squatting??????

    yeah or worse you if you got too dehydrated.....got to watch it and put something in your stomach...me personally i like to take some kind of protein shake before.

    SHIT!

    I did a 200mg dosage once by mistake.... (4x50mg)

    The training ent OK! and all that, but at night I think my BP was low as hell! I blacked out every time I got up from bed or chair... I even fell down (passed out shortly) when I was going to the toilet.
    MAN, that was some scary shit!!!

    No offense but this is the reason they will probably ban ephedrine, please be a little more careful with it.

    I used to take two Ephedra before workout, along w/ this ultimate punch (caffeine + eph drink mix) during the workout, along with two more pills...but My heart rate would increase and I would feel it thumping in my chest, it seems that you had it real bad though, and i hope to never experiece that cuz it would scare the shit outta me

    Exactly, it wouldn't be under such scrutany if people took it seriously and put their health first. Good to post this story though... don't be stupid and do what Big_BoneZ did, be smart about your health.

    Sorry to be a jackass about it, but if I was there, then this would call for a big "I told you so".

    I was going to say this exactly, but it would've come across a little harsher... but this IS exactly what gets the stuff banned. Taking the drug trivial and overdosing. Your heart pretty much only stops once... why try and make it happen within an hour?

    honestly - ECA should never be used much for lifting - maybe pop one tab for some energy - what it is good for is specifically when you are not working out - so it keeps your heart rate and bmr up to burn cals - I have an easy enough time blacking out during squats anyway - cant imagine adding too much ECA in there

    i took only 1 stacker 2 (25mg of ephedrine) and did a leg day, by the time i got to calves i was throwing up in the 24 hour gym bathroom....ahhaa

    I took my dosage by mistake guys... I forgot if I had taken my Ephedrine earlier...

    I always think health first! You wont find me taking any chances!
