    mass & cut cycle

    could i run a hard mass cycle for 6 or 7 weeks then hit with a hard cutting cyle for 6 or 7 weeks.or run the other way.THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE JIM

    bro id pick one or the other and run it 10-12 weeks depending on how many cycles youve done....Madmax

    I agree. If you bulk up for 8 wks and then immediately reduce your calories for another 8wks, all those gains are gone. You'll end up going in circles

    I would suggest a 8wk cutting cycle to get to the BF% you like, and then go for a 10-12wk bulker down the road.

    Ditto to Pheedno. That way you can concentrate on putting the mass on and not worry about fat gain.
