Second cycle with sustanon need advise

Hi guys...I need advise for my cycle n pct
My first cycle with 10weeks enanth 500mg/w, stano 40mg/d
Pct nolvadex 20/20/10/10/10
For my 2nd cycle im planning to use sustanon
I need to get lean mass im 40, 70kg, 170cm, bf 15%
So what do guys think between

A cycle
1-10 susta 500mg/w
1-10 eq 500mg/w
3-10 arimidex 0.5mg/eo3d

B cycle
1-10 susta 500mg
6-10 stano 40mg/d
3-10 arimidex 0.5mg/eo3d
6-10 liv52

Pct
Nolvadex 20/20/10/10/10

My goal is get lean mass about 8kg n my bf 12%
Wich cycle is best for me...or do u hv any sugestion for cycle n pct

Hey!

None of those!

10weeks is not long enough for EQ or SUST!

Do a simple stack of TEST(12weeks use E or C or SUST but it should be pinned eod for full advantage of prop) and maybe add oral ( for lean mass I would do Tbol or Anavar )

Add HCG 250iu twice a week and AI (adex .25 eod or aromasin 12,5mg eod)

Your PCT is week!

I was thinking drop the EQ and run the sus for 12-14 weeks at 750mg ew....its all u will need.

Extending the cycle to 12weeks.

But 500mg will be plenty for him.

do at least 60mg of anavar. Its worth the money!!!

Add HCG 250iu twice a week and you have one bad A$$ cycle!

Don't forget about heavy workout and good diet!!!

You should do HCG help recover after cycle better and helps with testicular atrophy.

Dont mix hcg with ur gear. water and oil dont mix well.

but pinning eod would bring sus to about 1000mg a week roughly,isnt that too high
