    Cardio

    How much cardio do you all do while on a cycle. I've been advised not to do any cardio because of getting an enlarged heart..

    I walk on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes everyday after i train

    6days a week. 30-45mins a day at least.

    unsure if any scientific evidence supports this^^ ive heard that with hgh ???
    i do an hour of HIT every day

    also read that 25 mins of fasted cardio is equal to an hr of regular cardio, early bird gets the worm!

    I prefer to just keep my targeted heart rate in the fat burning zone the whole time i do cardio. It works for me

    I do this also. Some days i do hiit depending on whats going on.

    I do cardio every day. Sometimes twice a day. Hope this isn't true.

    I do the interval training thing. I go for it for a minute and then take 2 mins to rest and then hit it again. Or just 30 minutes keeping my HR at about 145.

    I don't know if there is any evidence to back this up. But your heart is a muscle and if your regular muscles get big while on, what's to stop your heart if you work it?

    Your reg muscles dont just get big cuase you are on they get bigger because you are tearing muscle tissue that needs to be repaired. Cardio is good for your heart as long as you are not going crazy.

    Well I know that your reg muscles don't just get, and know how we build muscle. I was just simplifying everything.. There seems to be alot of people afraid to do alot of cardio while on.

    You will be fine with 60 min or less of moderate cardio, anymore is just a waste of muscle. I would not do more than 20 min amrap for hiit, you can finish it off with moderate cardio if you want to go longer.

    Well everyone is different some need 30 some 45 min.Age has a lot to do with it.Trial and error tells all!
