Cardio
How much cardio do you all do while on a cycle. I've been advised not to do any cardio because of getting an enlarged heart..

6days a week. 30-45mins a day at least.

also read that 25 mins of fasted cardio is equal to an hr of regular cardio, early bird gets the worm!

I prefer to just keep my targeted heart rate in the fat burning zone the whole time i do cardio. It works for me

I do cardio every day. Sometimes twice a day. Hope this isn't true.
I do the interval training thing. I go for it for a minute and then take 2 mins to rest and then hit it again. Or just 30 minutes keeping my HR at about 145.

I don't know if there is any evidence to back this up. But your heart is a muscle and if your regular muscles get big while on, what's to stop your heart if you work it?

You will be fine with 60 min or less of moderate cardio, anymore is just a waste of muscle. I would not do more than 20 min amrap for hiit, you can finish it off with moderate cardio if you want to go longer.

Well everyone is different some need 30 some 45 min.Age has a lot to do with it.Trial and error tells all!
