    Best time to cycle??

    Right,

    The goal is to be in the best shape I have ever been by July 2014, I'm planning to do a 12 week cycle of 500mg test p/w prior to this. I would like people's thoughts on when the best time to cycle
    would be taking into account cutting after cycle?

    Age - 31
    Weight - 80kg
    Height - 5ft 7lbs
    Bf% - 13
    Cycles - 4 x test only @ 500mg p/w

    You mean what time of year? Or if your stats are appropriate for cycling?

    Your stats look decent and if your training and diet is done right, then you're ready. I don't see any relevance to the time of year.

    If you want to cut, do it during your cycle! You'll loose less muscle.

    I mean which month? Would It be better to cycle early on in the year, add as much muscle as I can then cut in the months prior to July?

    I'm not sure about cutting during cycle? I want to add size initially, get pct out the way then start cutting?

    Lose LESS muscle on test than cutting naturally, because of catabolism.

    Yes, always get PCT out of the way before you cut. You will need to eat like a horse during PCT. Just run this cycle before the end of this year, and you'll all the time next year to cut until the month of your goal.

    Thanks for the advice!

    How long after pct should I leave it before starting to cut? I want to keep as much lbm as possible but would like to get down to realistically about 6-8% bf?
