    Depo-Test and Oxandrolone cycle

    I'm 6'3", 215 pounds and have been in the gym for about three years.
    In these past three years I have put on about 30 pounds and my strength gains have been great, however, my actual appearance doesn't show my work.
    Now I have decided to turn for a little help to gain more muscle and to see that reflection in the mirror.
    My question is this. I want to cycle Depo-Test IM but I'm not sure where I should start my cycle, how long I should cycle and what I should stack with it. I have a great supply of Depo-Test and Oxandrolone and too I eat 120 mg of Megace to increase my appitite so I can eat 220 grams of protein, 400 calories and at least a gallon of water a day.
    I don't have any specific goals other than I want to keep getting bigger and stronger.
    Any advice would be great.

    Welcome to the site Gordinho.

    At the top if this forum are sticky threads (ones that don't move) and you need to read the one titled "Austinites Educational Articles Thread." It will set you straight on what you should or should not do for you're first cycle.

    Quite honestly though, if your appearance is not showing your work then the issue is really nutrition, not AAS. Consider hitting the nutrition forum here and speaking to the Vets there. They will help you iron out issues with your diet. Basically free Nutritionists there! Take advantage of it.

    how old are you Doug,? What is your bf%?
    I would start to learn the basics before you do anything. There is allot more to a cycle then deciding on what to take, I would read the stickies and educational threads on the top of the forum
    Also diet is the most important part of body building. That is probably why you arent seeing the changes you want. If your goal is to eat 220 grams when i cycle that means your not eating that now. Which means you arent eating enough now. You need to get your diet in order before you think about steroids . And i promise if you change your diet now you will get results with out them.

    I would got the nutrition section here and read up and post what you eat in a typical day.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
