Trenbolone ace dosage while cutting
Hi guys,
I am currently cutting and using T3, Tren ace and Test Enth.
Test Enth 250 EW
T3 50-100 mcg ED
Tren ace 100 mg ED
I am cutting deep, I calculated my Lean body mass etc and It said I need to consume 3500 calories Everyday to maintain my bodyweight, I eat around 2,000 calories and do 30 min cardio every day and burn around 300 calories with the cardio alone.
What I was wondering : Tren ace 100 mg is a high dosage on many forums, can I still get some muscle while cutting on this dosage or can i lower it to 50 mg ED?
And some say tren does burn fat and some say it doesn't , I really dont know what to think anymore. Im around 1000-2000 in a cal deficit btw.
I tolerate the tren sides really well, sometimes sweating and stomach burning and get really annoyed allot of times but i can manage it.
I also done 200 mg ED tren ace but stopped with it cause it cost me to much money , i rather bulk with it then use such a dose as an cutting compound.
First time tren btw, my goal is to reach 6-7 % bodyfat and do a cleanbulk.

Have you considered effects and possibly going without the T3?
I have seen people yield better results with Trenbolone Acetate and Testosterone Enanthate , than people who added T3 to the former.
If you are concerned about your caloric deficit, try a higher calorie option (still below maintenance) and up the cardio.
Also how many cycles have you done?

21 Bodyfat I dont know and weigh around 85 KG height is 1 83 m
I am not worried about the cal deficit but if higher tren dosage will benefit me more or less, can i stil gain some muscle while in such a cal deficit?

anything over 15% is dangerous enough, let alone tren added to the mix, blood pressure would be a major concern here. Even if you are below 15% (which I think you certainly are) you are still risking damage to your endocrine system among other things.
I would reconsider your whole cycle. 21 is not a great age to start AAS even 25 is not ideal.
To answer your total question, with Trenbolone from what I understand, less is more, it is very powerful, you will not be gaining muscle on a very, very low calorie diet, at least not much, you could easily maintain what you have though. Try cutting for a certain period of time (4 Weeks before cycle, first 4 weeks of cycle) and then beginning to add calories back in slowly toward the end.
Do not take this for the gospel, I have never done any Trenbolone, or any AAS for that matter, speaking strictly from my experiences around individuals I am close to, their happenings and my own research.Last edited by Grandeur; 06-16-2014 at 08:01 AM. Reason: Mistook age for body fat

He is well under 20%...id say around 14-15%. And I would start at 50MG ED, the sides from 100mg ED might be over powering. Tren is no joke man. less is more. If you fvck with it...it will fvck with you if not careful. I have leaned out on 50mg EOD.
I have no problem building/maintaining muscle in a calorie deficit with Tren.

Wait, you can see veins on my entire body, even on my stomach and you guys guess im 14-15 bodyfat? lmao man. I got lovehandles and everything else is dry.
I tried 200 mg tren ED, guys pls read my entire story, im on tren ace 100 mg ED for like 3 months now. My doctor even checked my blood pressure and he said it a bit above but not that much. Going to get my blood checked in 2 days.
Like 14-15 bodyfat, do you guys really think Im that high?

I mistook your age for your estimated bodyfat, my guess would have been closer to sub 15, but your picture is distant.
Either way, 21 is young, so do not be surprised if more people agree with me, we do not want you to die suddenly. You never know with a compound like Tren. You have also been cycling at an even younger age, so even more possible sides that you may not see until later in life.

I dont think they are to far off on the body fat. I have veins pretty much all over also and I know I'm around 14-15%. I wish I could say 12% but I would be kidding myself. Some people are just more vascular than others.

Also 750mgs a WEEK! of tren ?
The only difference between that and 200mg a week is more sides. + T3...christ
But if you want to be complemented for low BF and come on here to fulfil your ego then be my guest, i'm out.

I suggest the tren sticky in this section. Less is more. Very powerful it worked as a cutter for me.

I believe that 100 mgs of tren a eod on a cutter is perfect. This is what I use and while I have ventured up to the 550 mg a week mark, I feel that the sides just aren't worth and did not see that much more of a notable dif. As far as fat burning goes...... Hmmm, I can say I have dropped some weight using it but it could be just from the night sweats and not true fat loss. I would say do what you are doing and stay the course. Tren a @ 100 mgs eod should be great just as long as your gear is dosed correctly.

this is a summary of your nutrition plan. assume 12%bf and moderate activity level. TDEE = 3100, not 3500
too young.
too much tren
learn to grow into your cycle dose when you are old enough
