First Steroid cycle All in or nothing
Cheers to you all I m about to start my first cycle i`ve been training for to years started off at 140 lbs 12% bf and know i`m 180 at 6% bf and i`m 5`10
Here is the cycle i was told to do by my trainer a ex Mr Univers
Week 1-12; Test E (500mg monday and thursday)
Week 1-10; Deca (400 mg monday and thursday)
Week 1-10; winny ( half a cc tuesday friday)
Week 1-12; Arimidex .50mg avery 3 days
Pct will start 21 days after last pin
4 weeks Clomid
4 weeks Novaldex 50/50/25/25
Any contructive comment be appriciated

I'm finding some of this hard to believe. Your position is that in two years, you've gained 46lbs of lean body mass? if you can do this, why do you need steroids ? I think before and after pics would give your claims more credibility

Very bad idea. Your first cycle should only be testosterone alone so you know how your body responds to anabolics. No more than 500mg total per week and plan on blood work after your cycle to have all your hormones assessed. I recommend a lipid analysis as well to check for signs of hyperlipidemia.
There's no inclusion of HCG in your cycle either or any mention of clomid doses.

Clomid dose would be 100/100/50/50
this is me know at 180 and 6% bf

Thanks MuscleInk will test only and clomid 75/75/75/75 and i would make a log and post pre during and post pic while my cycle

I haven't been around here long so I'm not trying to offer cycle advice. But I can say that there is a great group of guys on this forum and they won't steer you wrong. Heck, there is literally a step by step first cycle guide on here. I say stick to that, don't try to reinvent the wheel, and you'll be all set. Best of luck.

My only guess is that your trainer is the one selling these products. As many have said, go with 250mg test e twice a week for not only your first cycle, but your first few. The gains will me phenomenal with proper dieting.
Not only so that you don't waste your money, but so you don't waste your health. Do you know how your body will react to each compound? Go into it slowly and your body will continue to gain. Less is more when you're first starting out.

looks like a solid cycle if you say youre ready. people telling you that youre not ready isnt going to change your mind so might as well give it a shot.

The very knowledgable members(& mostly everyone who is for real on this forum) will never steer you the wrong way(Fit2bOld, Lovbyts, MuscleInk, $ TR just in this thread... and many more are out there)! They are always trying to help the newbies to each other as one continues to learn on a daily in this subject. If ya don't know the basics(test only first couple cycles) you'll never be able to keep up with the ever changing compounds(not gear only either... SERMS, SARMS , etc, just to name a few! I will agree that you have a better shot at results with a better foundation(as anyone would)... Diet and training account for 90-95% of any gains!

Usually we have issues with guys skipping leg day... You definitely need to work on your chest man. And you are definitely not 6%. If you want to see what around 6% BF looks like, google Jeff Seid. That's what you'd look like. Your diet is definitely not in check. Hit the nutrition area of the forum, pick up some stuff there and also work on correcting some muscle imbalances and add some more weight... After all that come back and we can discuss a cycle more seriously.
