age 64
have a torn roter cuff in right sholder cant do surgery because of canceled insurance..i can still standing press 220 lbs. for a few reps..but mostley just go for the pump. what can I do about bone spures.

nothing short of surgery can be done about bone spurs.
for the torn rotator cuff, (I'm assuming it's the connective tissue we are referring to here?) you can always try the TB500. follow the link in my signature to find out more.

Also search my thread on TB500 which healed my shoulder injury.

Google PT for rotator cuff rehab exercises. Look into TB-500, from what I have seen it works well, and then drop the amount of weight for a while. I hate that shoulder injury. Had surgery on both of mine.
