first cycle, test e & dbol
so my buddy SWIM is doing his first ever cycle. He is doing test e weeks 1-12 and dbol 1-5. He has a lot of bloating and fat to burn and is considering extending or turning the end of the cycle into a cutting cycle. Any advice on how he could best do this? he is considering tren ace and winny but is open to suggestions since hes a newb. He has anastrozole and nolvadex on hand.

Always best to have your bf in check before you start your cycle. Now you will have to work even harder to take it off. A cycle should either be a cutting cycle or bulking..... Not both in one. If he is gaining fat and holding water his diet is probably poor, he isn't running an AI and will should look into a pct plan at the end of his cycle if he plans on keeping any of his gains.

Body fat wasnt bad to begin with, just a little bit of belly fat that makes abs not visible. Diet is perfectly on point! He has been running about .33mg of arimidex eod. Also as i said he has nolvadex for pct. He simply wants to know if he can bulk the first 12 weeks then extend maybe 4 weeks to cut and also solidify gains.

28m 6'1 240lb, bodyfat probably around 30%, he doesn't appear fat but has a gut. Lifting for 18 months 5 days a week. Responding very well to first cycle, up 13 pounds in the first 3 weeks. Not much water retention. Diet and sleep are the most important things to him. Dbol at 40mg first 5 weeks. Test E at 583mg/week for 12 weeks

Also u have to keep in mind blood pressure and all the thing associated someone that heavy did they have blood work lately

Bf is way too high it's just going to cause problems and it would be easier to cut that fat with a good diet and cardio. AAS isn't that great for burning fat your diet is, so without your diet In check you might as well buy me my next cycle because you'll just be wasting your money honestly.

In your first post u said he had a lot of bloating and fat to burn then u said he just had a little bell fat and his diets on point if his diet was good he wouldn't 30% body fat and you saying he may run the cycle to 16 weeks also at 16 weeks and that wight and body fat he better have a Proper pct the risk of estrogen related side effects are probably going to be higher in his case

Well he's on a path to disaster, and that 13lb is mostly if not all water from the dbol .

So I'm confused why did you ask for advice on what your "friend" should use to cycle if your friend already made up his man and started to run this cycle?
