    first run of clen

    Using 1mg keto/day and 100mcg /day clen all ar-r products

    its been 10 days. I haven't noticed any signs of sides. When should sides start comig on?
    If experiencing no sides what mcg should you stop at?


    Ive used ar-r adex, v & cialis. Pleased with all 3. Adex had to use more than expected but cialis 3mg is plenty.

    I try not to let sides be my guide for how much of something I do. Im sure you know how your fatloss is sans clen , after a couple weeks in assess how it is with the clen at 100mcg/day. If its better - well there you go. If not maybe up it but damn I know people who have taken and do take a lot of clen. Long ago I took pretty high doses too. Later when I used keto all thwe time I got conservative and setlled in around 60mcg maybe 80mc dont recall 100%. Now I use albut all the time not clen but either way man. Let progress with compared to without be your dosage guide, nit sides man. Eiyher way I wouldnt go over 140mcg/day and I really feel thaats a lot mn (admittedly the older I get the more conservative/smarter/both I become)

    I was taking no sides as possibly not dosed right. I read a lot of threads complaining about sides and never running clen again. Guess im lucky so far. All I have noticed thus far is more frequent urination.
    I have kept my diet within 200 cal of my tdee. I have lost just over 2lbs in 10 days.
    I feel leaner and tighter already but it hard to tell when you keep yourself constantly under the microscope.
    Any how feel better moving forward staying at 100mcg. Thanks
