    2nd Cycle, thoughts?

    - Week 1 to 14: Testosterone enanthate @ 200 mg every 3.5 days (400mg/week total)
    - Week 1 to 14: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
    - Week 1 to 16: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
    PCT- Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20

    I am not looking to gain a lot of weight, I want to lean out and get strong. I don't care about size just strength and conditioning gains, I want to drop down from 15% BF to around 10% but thats not a huge priority. I just want to get stronger and faster, biggest gain I want is the conditioning aspect but strength is still needed. Last cycle went great it was 10 weeks of Test C only at 300 MG split a week. Let me know what you guys think? Sticking with just test again, maybe next time I will add something else but for now test works wonders for me.

    That cycle looks good. Your diet and routine will dictate your results and your pct and genetics will determine what you keep. Best of luck

    Have you looked at equipoise from the conditioning aspect?

    eq for conditioning? waaaat. running eq at that bf% wont be really worth it, yet eq is eh.

    This cycle is good my friend,
    diet will sort out what happens next, little tip when trying to lose the bf% , don't go balls to the wall on your cardio from the get go, as you tend to get lower and lower in bf% your body tends to try and hold onto as much as possible, so ease into your cardio bumping it up a little bit by bit every week.

    You seem to be on the right track, so gl and drink plenty of water

    I am ready to run my second cycle. I have everything in place, I have been doing more reading and was wondering if adding anavar at a low dosecwould help with my goals. Increase strength, conditioning while losing a little bit of weight. I did read that anavar causes bad pumps, but not sure at what dose those pumps happen at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    as buster said it's all in your diet.
