    3rd cycle review

    So technically this will be 4th. But first was when I was 20 and I stopped Workin out after for yrs.

    So this will be my 3rd since I've been consistantly training.

    History
    First cycle 10 weeks test only, hcg , clomid Nolva pct
    Second (current) test 12 weeks, var weeks 6-12, hcg, clomid Nolva pct

    So first let me say there's a reason people should add compounds slowly. I learn so much on every cycle on how my body reacts to compounds and what to look for and how to fix things. Cause problems do come up.

    Stats
    6'2, 220lb in the morning, approx 11% bf. Can see distinguishable abs. But not as lean as I was when I was 7%.

    3rd cycle
    Test p 100mg/eod 1-4
    Test e 600mg/ew 1-10
    Npp 400mg/ew 6-12
    Test p 100mg/eod 10-12

    Hcg during cycle and up to pct

    Pct clomid 100/75/50/25 Nolva 40/20/20/20

    Gonna be bulking. Not sure how diet is gonna look as I put on a lot of fluff on first cycle and have been putting on muscle and losing fat on current cycle on a low carb diet.

    Any input on cycle? Particularly length and dose of npp. It kicks in quick which is what I like which is why I only started midway through cycle cause I'd see gains from it but not need to run for 12 weeks

    Sooooo fvcking complicated buddy!

    I would do eater 14weeks test E and 12weeks of deca !

    Or 8 weeks of prop and npp!

    Add the AI and HCG .

    Yea sorry I run stane 12.5mg eod throughout.

    I know its the same compound but does npp shut U down as bad as deca. I figured cause it's in and out quick it would be less harmful.

    This is a quick one from a day or two ago. If I take a bunch I'll make a thread. I had to edit my tattoos out.

    I'm thinkin as low as 11 and as high as 13%


    Progress pic update

    This is a link from before my cycle. I may look more muscular in the before but that cause I was sub 10% w a pump. I think I was 197 in that pic. Now I'm 220. So in real life it's a world of a difference. Also in that thread is a link to when I started lifting in 2012.

    Weeks 1-4
    100mg Test P/day

    Weeks 1-12
    600mg Test E/week

    Weeks 5-8
    600mg NPP/week

    How come only run npp to week 8? Does it take a long time to clear before pct?

    Should my npp be higher than test? I've never ran any nandrolone is that a high dosage or is that normal to start w?

    Yeah you can can run the NPP longer. I was just trying to work with what you had outlined originally.

    I get more bang for my buck at 600mg vs 400mg with Nandrolone, but to each their own. You could try out 400mg weeks 5-8, then extend and up the dose to 600mg weeks 9-12 if you want to experiment to see what I'm talking about. Or just keep it at 400mg and extend it.

    The way I have it outlined you'd be running 1300mg gear combined the first 4 weeks, then 1200mg second portion, and finally only the 600mg for the later portion as you near the end of your cycle. Ideally you could extend the NPP though to week 12. Again I was just working with your original post.

    Was trying to keep your total volume even, as you had it all spread out. If it's your first time with NPP, 400mg would be fine honestly.

    Ok so how about this

    Test p 1-4 100mg/eod
    Test 1-12 500 ew
    npp 5-12 400 ew increase if needed

    Pct 2.5 weeks after last shot

    Hcg and stane throughout to pct

    Looks solid to me. I always keep a supply of caber and/or prami on hand for peace of mind when running NPP or Tren A.

    Caber shouldn't be used in place of stane correct? I'll still need stane if I get gyno and caber for prolactin.

    Correct. Keep your E2 in check with your AI and you shouldn't have any undesirable side effects from the NPP. I just like to have caber on hand IN CASE whenever I run a 19-nor. Sometimes I just take a small dose for the boost in libido too, but that's just me. Can't hurt to have all your bases covered.
