Pain after injection.

Hi guys. Pinned for the first time last night. It was 0.4ml sustanon (blend) in my glute. Gonna be doing it every other day. It feels quite bruised. What kind of pain shall I expect? Just incase it exceeds what it should? Thanks

Hot shower or bath will help. Heating pad, massage it...etc..

That used to happen to me when I pinned a new muscle. It was only the first time though

Lots of variables to PIP from how steady you were when injecting, how fast you injected, if your gear has too high of BA, list goes on.
What gauge pin did you use?

Some pain is to be expected. You're piercing your muscle for Pete's sake. I've had triceps that swelled 3 inches, without any problems. Since you are new to the game, this pain may be magnified slightly until your sites get used to it. Keep going with it and bare it until then. Ibuprofen is your friend. As long as you're not running a fever, you're good. Good luck.

never massage it..
it will only irritate it. its oil.. your just adding pressure and tearing more tissue (inject oil into a steak and press on it and tell me if it dies anything but add more tearing). hot bath or hot water bottle sure, but leave the spot alone IMO.

also you are new to this OP, virgin muscles.. the pinning will be worse at first then not bug you as much after a few times hotting spot. ; )

Just watch it for now, it may get a little red but should dissipate over the next few days. As stated pip can be many things so its important you really pay attention to your pinning so we can start to rule things out if it continues. Make sure you are waiting to draw after you swab the vial with alcohol for 20 seconds or so.

First time injecting will always get pip, your muscle will absorb the oil and get used to it, 25g might be a better size imo
