    First cycle summary for newbies

Recently completed my first test c cycle. Here is what I did and what I learned. First off....I'm 38, and if you are under 30, I wouldn't recommend doing it. I felt like I was 21. For the first 4 weeks, I was a walking hard on. Which was good. Really the entire cycle I was a walking hard on but especially the first four weeks. During the first four weeks, I didn't see much in the gains department but felt good.

I have been working out hard for years and felt I had buomt my body as best I could. If you are New to lifting, work out for a year or two before going to the next level,

Before you start, make sure your diet is dialed in, and plan on doubling your food in take. Maybe more...I was not prepared for how hungry I got.

    1) get your work outs in order, planned out for the cycle, set goals... Are you doing a squat cycle, are you doing a body building cycle, Are you doing a crossfit cycle, are you doing a cardio intensive program....have a plan!
    2) get your diet right for a few months before you start...then plan on doubling your intake.
    3) don't do it if your young and if you haven't been working out hard for a couple years.
    4) with this cycle I went from 6'4 224 pounds to 240 pounds same body fat index. My strength gradually got more the last 6 weeks of the 10 week cycle (500ml weekly).
    5) my last pin was 18 days ago and I'm starting Clomid. I feel exhausted and week, which started about 2 days ago. So any tips on helping that will be appreciated. I'm also sore fr on last weeks work outs which is new.

Anyways, test is not a quick or easy way to get strong...you have to put in just as much work or more to get results, but you will get results. I'm going to wait ten weeks and do it again!

Get BW done 6-8 wks after pct to see if you've recovered to your pre cycle levels(did you get pre cycle BW done)...

And rule of thumb is time on + pct = time off - then check w/BW to be sure b4 starting another cycle...

Glad to hear you got what you were looking for and then some... Just be careful w/the jumping back into it... 10wks is far too short - not healthy nor safe... Both something we don't preach here - best of luck in the future and w/your journey!

Thank you sir! I had blood work done 6 months prior to starting. Was avg/low but normal for my age. Maybe just wait till after the holidays to start it back up.

No problem - that's great that you have pre cycle BW - many skip this and never truly know if they've recovered - plus we may all get a lil anxious after a great cycle - just figured I'd add the time on + pct = time off/BW deal -

Keep up the hard work - it surely is/can be rewarding!

The only thing I would add is to do your best to keep your diet in check. Make sure you are eating enough to keep the gains, and don't be surprised to see some of the weight drop off. At this point, it's all about keeping as much as you earned on cycle. This stage is the hardest for a lot of people, having decreased Testosterone makes you feel shitty, but you need to keep eating correctly.

    Perfect!

31 and finished my first cycle in February. Experience was just the same. Ran mine out to 14 weeks because I didn't want to stop ha ha.

The day or two before PCT started is when I noticed that things were starting to suck. Fortunately I began feeling good again just a couple short days into PCT. training was good again (not on cycle good, just normal good) and my libido was solid.

Excited to start cycle two next month.

    Great write up!

You have Nolva for pct too, right? And you need to wiat much longer than 10 weeks.

Oh, and you can't really determine your results until about 6 weeks post PCT. I hope you retain much of your gains.

So pct is rougher than I thought. Energy down, gym strength is down, diet fell off for a few days due to long work hours, but back on track now. Any tips? How long can I expect the pct downer feeling last?

You need to train as hard if not harder and keep eating like you were on cycle.

Wether you feel down or not this is the crucial part, if you dont do it properly you can kiss the gains good bye.

Ive only experienced your description once (felt like shit and weak when coming off) i dont know exactly what it is?

Last couple of cycles ive only experienced light strength loss when finishing, but that doesnt matter just push yourself and eat
