    Nervous Starting the 2nd cycle.....

Just nervous starting the second cycle. One it's been almost a year since the first so I am still a rookie and learning everything.

Two I am scared to shit about gyno and an infection. Infectionnot so much because I just make sure everything is super clean. I got that down I think.

Gyno is another beast in its self. For some reason that's all I read about on here. I do not want gyno at all. This is really what's stopping me. I have already got pre BW and all.

    Thanks for listening guys/gals.

Isn't really a question. I just wanted to see what people thought about being nervous on ur 2nd cycle because of those reasons. Plus just wanted to get it out there lol. Might just need to get over it. I dunno.

Half the people on here talking about having gyno don't have gyno.
Sensitive or puffy nipples are normal with a change in hormones.
Sensitive or puffy nips are not gyno.
Controlling your estrogen is your best defense against gyno.
    Bloodwork is key.
You can also use nolva on top of your AI to protect yourself from gyno but if you control your estrogen you shouldn't need the nolva.
Always use an AI and keep nolva on hand.

    Of course there are exceptions.
For example, people with pre-existing gyno from puberty or from previous botched cycles.
Some people are more gyno prone than others.

    How was your last cycle?
Did you get mid cycle blood work?
    Did you get gyno?

    Hey DD

Last cycle went pretty smooth. Kel helped me out a TON. I did get pre mid and post BW on last cycle. I had ugl test last cycle 10 weeks at 400mg split into two shots. Also had AI. This is where it gets tricky I think and makes me nervous. I took .25 for the first week eod. Then I start getting senitive in my nipples thinking o shit I am going to get gyno which it wasnt.Like you said you will have that at first. So I upped my dose to .5 eod. Till mid cycle. BW came back slightly high on the E2 I think 43 everyone said not to worry about it. So I went on till week 10. The adex was ugl also.

This cycle I was going to run Test c 400 or 500 probably 500mg that's RX. The AI I have left over isn't enough for 10 or 12 week cycle so I have a bottle of liquid adex for AR R I ordered almost a year ago never been opened I was going to use.

Thanks for the help and listening.

I personaly get a mix of nervousness and excitement when im about to start a cycle.

Your propsed cycle is basic, just take a deep breath, chill and go for it.

If your shitting yourself and having real bad anxiety then consider knocking it on the head.

Lol...it's that bad at all. Just get nervous that's all.

Should say first obe I bulked up. I would like to try and cut some on this cycle. I read on here where people use test to cut also. Main focus would be to get stronger/ look lean.

You will be fine buddy, wipe everything down, wash your hands etc you wont get an infection.

Sure you can cut on test, just use an AI, get your diet, training and cardio in check. You could even use winny tabs at the end to dry out.

No AI, poor diet, poor pct or poor cycle choices usualy the cause of estrogen problems

Post your cycle proposal, people will pull it to bits and help you

sounds like you've done your homework, so I think if you have a legit AI and nolva you s/b ok, my man. what do the rest of you guys think about him possibly running test-prop instead of test-c or e for his next cycle? that way, if he does run into gyno issues he can cease the cycle immediately, start his nolva, and the test will clear in a matter of days as opposed to a couple weeks? of would that not help? i'm just thinking out loud here as I've never had gyno.......

A good option if he doesnt mind the constant pinning.
