First cycle, 23yo, Test + Boldenone

I want to get some critique on my first cycle, so that you can make me aware if I am missing anything. Here are my stats:

I'm 23 years old male
5'9" tall
176 lbs
13-14% body fat

This is my 1st cycle, and i want some critique to be the best cycle my first, sorry by languange i'm not inglish.

I've been training since I was 16. I never have serious injurys. I've been consistently training for 2 years now.

My goal is to add a little of lean muscle.

Here is my cycle proposal:

Week 1 to 10: Test E - 500mg per week. (250mg twice weekly) 1 shot Sunday, 1 shot Wednesday that's right ?
Week 1 to 10: HCG - 250 IU twice weekly different days? like 1 shot Saturday and 1 shot Tuesday?
Week 1 to 12: Anastrozole - 0.25mg every day?

I'll take 14 days off after last injection and then PCT with Clomid - 75/50/50/50 and Nolva - 40/20/20/20 (standard, is good for my cycle?), in my country lots of people use HCG after cycle, but i read a lot and i think is the best way during the cycle.

Questions:
1- What you think about use proviron ?
2- Do you guys recomend liver protector ?

Lose the boldenone , it is uselless.

Basically all your questions are answered in austenites "sucessful first cycle", have you read it?

yes i read, i think about boldenone because i have a little of dense muscle, but if you guys think for the first its only testo i agree, in my country the HCG is Pregnyl do you recognize?

Personally I like boldenone ,most do not. It each to their own...
tho very mild but usually needs to be ran for a much longer period....
If this is your 1st cycle you will be rightly advised to do a test only run....

Thumbs down to Boldenone . Just run Test only for the first cycle, and do it right (AI, HCG , PCT etc).

You will be amazed how your body will respond on your first cycle.

I agree test only with your 1st run to see how your body reacts.But you will grow like a weed if your diet is on.Most run the same cycle twice.No need to add things so early in your use of aas.

Take HCG up to 3 days before PCT.

Anastrazole 0,25mg EOD. Is your anastrazole from pharmacy?

Proviron is used before a show, useless for you, unless you want to less hair at the top of your head.

Take NAC for liver, you can buy it as acetylcysteine at pharmacy, or find it at online supp stores. Also you need Vit C while on NAC, and some fish oil caps wouldn't hurt.

No offense but this is a waste of you HPTA health.

Your too young to be experimenting with AAS because your body and sex organs are still developing.

Imo scrap any ideas for a cycle and create a new thread in the diet section so we can get you on the right track.

If you were to cycle at this point in your development all you need is test. You can't fill the void of poor dieting with stacking more compounds.

Both nolva and clomid are needed for PCT.

An AI needs to be used from day 1 until beginning PCT. Not after elevated E2 side effects arise.

Hcg should be used on cycle from day 1 until 2-3 days before PCT.

Pinning twice a week for the next 50+ years of your life would really suck. That's what happens when you screw up your natural test production in your 20s.

At your age the less time your HPTA is shut down the better off you'll be in the long run.

Imo you should get your bf as low as possible naturally then run a 6 week cycle of test p while using an AI, hcg and followed by a nolva clomid PCT.

Yes, it doesn't really matter when you pin HCG .

It is easier to use insulin syringes (slin pins) to apply HCG. You can buy slin pins cheap online.

What about blood work?

yes i would do blood work before start the cycle, i will pay for the blood work, where in portugal is a little bit expensivo, so i will do only the essential things are the essentials only this:

1. Testosterone , Total
2. Testosterone, Free
3. Sensitive E2 Assay (Not basic estradiol, that's for women)
4. CBC (Compete blood count)
5. CMP (Comprehensive metabolic panel)
6. Lipid Profile (post cycle is fine)
7. LH and FSH (pre-cycle and post PCT)

You can ask at health center for blood work script. It saves like 30€, hormones is what is expensive to test, then bring the P1 to lab, tell the clerk at lab you want to add some things privately, add this:

Total testosterone
Free testosterone
Beta17 estradiol (there is no sensitive E2 there)
LH
FSH

Dont go to clinic or private hospital, directly in a lab of town center.

You cannot find any sensitive E2 test in europe.

You dont need PSA at your age, and prolactin its also not needed. You can try asking for the thyroid tests added to script at health center (TSH, free T3, free T4).
