Run your dex from day one until you start PCT.

Take 250IU of hcg twice a week until 2-3 days before starting PCT.

PCT for sust is usually 18 days after last pin.

Imo starting two weeks after last pin is fine but you should add another two weeks of nolva therapy for a total of six weeks.

You should have post cycle labs abut two months after finishing PCT.

You should never begin a cycle with a preexisting condition, i.e. gyno.

If you have gyno then letro will have no effect, you need either nolvadex or raloxifene.

Thanks, why would you recommend 6 weeks PCT instead of 4?

and if i do have slight gyno why not do another cycle and maintain it with nolva and raloxifene?

Because you're only 23 years old and sust isn't the best test to cycle with because of all the different esters can make timing PCT difficult.

The first rule of steroid use is that you should never cycle with a preexisting condition.

That's why you should always get pre cycle labs, to make sure you're healthy enough to cycle.

    Cycling with gyno is immature.

It shows a lack of respect for your body and AAS.

why does my age determine a longer PCT?

so you reccomened getting the surgery and then risk getting gyno again by running another cycle?

why not complete this cycle then get the surgery? is it really nessessary to get the surgery before i do another cycle and why?

It seems like it doesnt matter if i get it done before or after cycle there is no difference.

thanks for your help though i apreshiate it

Age doesn't necessarily determine length of PCT, but young men typically have a more difficult time resetting their HTPA after using AAS.

I never suggested you get gyno surgery, you misread my advice.

Letro is an AI and AIs will do nothing to reverse gyno.

In order to get rid of estrogen induced gyno you have two options, SERM therapy or surgery.

That means you take nolvadex or raloxifene until your gyno goes away.

If your going to continue using AAS it would be in your best interest to do do more research and ask more questions before you hurt yourself.

i know you never directly suggested to get surgery buy you advised to not do another cycle with gyno and only way to completely remove is with surgery.

i was planning on doing nolva and ralox therapy but then eventually getting the surgery.

so if your not reccomending surgery but cant do cycle with gyno what do u reccomend?

    thx

SERM therapy will completely reverse gyno.

You will still be susceptible to getting gyno after having surgery.

There's no need to use both nolva and ralox, one is sufficient.

Ralox is slightly better than nolva at reversing gyno.
