HCG questions
Not sure where the disconnect is but I recently heard you don't run HCG more than 4-6 weeks during a cycle
This is the first time I am hearing this and I know people run HCG much longer than that if not year round. Why am I being told HCG abuse is real and people use HCG far longer than they should. Is this bunk science?

You did not provide quantity. IMO you need the hCG on cycle to keep the boys working. Being shut down, especially for longer cycles increases the risk of not starting up again

I run it year-round. 300 IU 2 times a week. I'm on TRT when not cycling, however.

I have spent some time reading through some older threads around this forum and others. I'm being told running HRT for long term and adding HCG for long term will actually hinder your testicles from functioning normally without HCG. Meaning once you are on HCG you can't go off since your normal LH may never function the same again. There seems to be a lot of info out there talking about HCG during b/c and HCG pre PCT. The thing is with HRT it is usually for life and now I'm seeing it being mentioned that HCG has to be run year round as well but if you do normal function never returns. That's kind of were I'm at now, doesn't look like you can get off HCG ever if you want to function normally.

TRT is a life-long commitment. Once you start TRT, you will likely be done with natural test production. That said, you shold not be taking TRT unless you have TEST production issues. If you have healthy TEST levels, then why would you do TRT? You wouldn't is the answer.

I had low test and naturally wasn't producing healthy levels of T. Went to a doc and after blood work I did have low test and started HRT. One thing I overlooked was the HCG and long term use since I thought I might be able to run it with on/off cycling but than again if you are injecting TRT and "others" weekly might as well stay on HCG long term, I know what this sounds like but tbh I didn't do enough research on HCG before starting it.
