    Caloric intake and life expectancy

    Caloric restriction is supposed to extend the life expectancy of people, but what I am wondering how this relates to the huge amounts of calories that BB’ers consume.

    Our diets take us into and above 5000 calories a day, so is this yet another health risk that we undertake in our quest?
