    Propionate

    Hi guys…

    Wondering I am currently on my 4th week of 400mg Deca and 100mg Propionate EOD. So far I have noticed good strength gains and I am getting more and more cut. BUT no increase in weight. Not even 1 lb!!!!!!! Constant 190, but more and more cut and hard!

    Is this normal? I am sure of the Deca, its real, but the propionate…. The strength can come from the Deca only. The cutting maybe prop???

    Any opinions? Is it normal not to gain weight but instead to get more cut on Prop???

    I am 190 and I eat 270g protein and 200g carbs. I am doing cardio on empty stomach EOD.

    Last time I did exactly the same layup, but I had Italian Propionate, but this time I have Russian... I gained 10lbs in 8 weeks.

    My guess that the stuff is not legit, I even confronted the guy who sold it, but he said that: "I am not gaining because I am doing to much cardio"...

    try increasing your carb intake and how many calories are u eating per day. If they are to low you will not grow.

    It is hard to measure your gains from your weight. If you are getting more and more cut then you are probobly dropping fat weight and adding muscle weight. Do you have more muscle definition? Do you think that you look bigger even though you are the same weight?

    Well I am around 2000-2500 calories per day.

    I am getting more cut, but no extra weight... guess it can be the "fat turning into muscle"... but last time I have also managed to gain...

    to me, just from your protein and carbs, your caloric intake is 1960 cals...if you manage to eat 70g of fat, that's still only a total intake of ~2600 cals

    if your goal is to bulk, i recommend you increase your carbs. when i'm trying to bulk, i consume 3500cals/day

    also keep in mind that the deca won't kick in till wk 4-5...so it should only be kicking in now, seeing as your at the 4 wk mark. what you've experienced so far is from the prop IMO

    to ensure bulking, i would inc your carbs and total calories

    that is your problem...i would look anorexic at that level

    i guarantee your problem is with your diet. eat more and you will gain

    Hey take it easy on me man!

    I will raise my intake to atleast 1,5g of carbs per bodyweight!

    sorry dude, realized after it sounded kinda harsh

    bulking up i shoot for 3000-3500 cals/day...but closer to the 3500 mark, maybe even more...but how much you need depends on you.

    experiment with your body...if you want to stay lean, start at 3000 cals and increase in regular incriments...if you reach a level where you start to gain fat, then you know where your 'break even point' is. doign this you can figure out how many cals you need to bulk effectively. everyone is different, you have to find what level of cal's works for you.
