Good idea to take a week off before a cycle?
i was wondering if it would be a good idea to take a 1-2 week break from the gym before i start my cycle, to kind of give all of my muscles a nice long rest. during these 1-2 weeks (prolly 2) i would be stretching for about 15 mins everyday to reduce injury when i get back in the gym. would you guys recommend this or just say "forget the break and keep working out"?

That is not to bad of an idead It is always to take a break every ten weeks anyways from working out just to give your body the rest
