If doing Sus250.....you should go at least 500mg/wk broken into 2 injections, like one on Sunday and one on Wednesday.

You may retain more of your gains with Straight up test. As an aside, Sust is usually more expensive and not the most comfortable AS to inject.

This will yeild some gains, but this is not the way to run it.
EOD is best, or even ED to best utilize the Prop, but look where you're at on dose at that point! Anything less than ETD, and you're doin' some serious Roller action with the Blood Levels.
Basically, if you have to ask, you're not ready to run Sust (and that's not a flame) it's just that if you were ready to run a Gram or more per week and ED or EOD shots, you'd have heard this by now that's all.

Enanthate , no question @ that dose, but even that is best ran E4thD.

True, take 1 cc teste mon/thur . You could theoretically take 500mg sust a week but no one ever mentions less than 2 shots. If it were broken into 4 shots say M, T, TH, SAT shots of 1/2 cc it could be done. Doubt it is worth the troube though when you could take 1/2 the shots with test e.
