Cycle Final Draft!!!!
I want to start out and thank everyone who has put input into this cycle.
Muscle milk shake with 8oz milk (pre workout for me)
900 cal gainer shake 52gram pro 45gram complex carbs 5gram sugar
Meal3 (about 45 min after shake)
4 whole eggs
2 pieces 12 grain toast
120z chicken fresh baked skinless
large green salad
2 pieces 12 gr bread
1cup cottage cheese with a piece of fruit
whole grain bagel with lite cream cheese
16 oz lean beef
1cup brown rice
muscle milk shake with 8 oz milk
I do 20 sets per muscle group 8-12 rep range. I only work 1 major group a day, I rotate abs and calves ed.
1-16 Test cyp 600 wk
1-16 eq 400 wk
1-4 50mg dbol ed
6-14 fina 75ed
hcg 12-pct 500 iu mon/tues
Heres where I am still trying to put together
8-12 60mcg IGF-1 r3 5on 5off
l-dex .25 1-20
nolva 20mg ed 1-20
Clomid 300mg 200mg 100mg-day 28
Clen ramped from 40-100mcg
Igf-1 r3 60mcg 5 on 5 off

30 never seem to cut it for me. 40 worked ok but I have 25mg bols. This would make my 5th cycle.

Diet could use some help...post it in the Diet Section so we can give you some suggestions. What are your goals? How many carbs r u having a day?
And how many cycle's have you done so far bro? Just asking cuz the cycle above is a lot for someone just starting out. Let us know...

This is my 5th cycle I lost a lot of weight this last fall. Im looking to put 15 on clean, and really hard'n up. Do the carbs seem low or/high.

run the test to week 16 like you have it...and run the fina weeks 10-18...then start pct 2 days after your last injection...
Im pretty sure thats the way youll need to time everything i order for your pct to fall into place because of the half lives
