    Question Need some help with my first cycle.

    Anybody out there got some advice for a newbie to juice?

    I've got the following gear:

    40 X 2ml amps of Testosterone Cypionate 200mg/2ml - Depotrone
    1 X 10ml Vial of Nandrolone Decanoate 300mg/ml - Deca 300 by Quality Vet
    1 X 10 Tabs of Clomiphene Citrate 50mg/tab - Fertomid
    1 X 100 Tabs of D-bol 5mg/tab - Anabol Thailand
    1 X 100 Tabs of Stanozolol 5mg/tab - Mecroix Labs France

    What would be the most effective way to take this juice?

    Need more clomid (21 tabs)
    need more d-bol (120-180 tabs)
    I would use two orals for your first couple of cycles...so save the stan's for next time.

    Stats are the following:

    Gender: Male
    Age: 28
    Height: 1.74 m
    Weight: 90kg (about 200lbs)
    Body Fat: 30% - I know this is high, but when I do diet down (which I have done before) to about 8 - 10%, sure i'm lean but I shrink to a size i'm not comfortable with. I look small and thin. I know how to train and eat (emphasis on protein, 6-8 meals a day), but my lean body mass seems to stay at around 63KG or 140lbs which is far too low for my liking. I have stayed at this level for about 2 years. So i've made the conscious decision to juice up and maybe get my lean mass to around 80KG or 180 lbs and then cut up with a diet. The fat I have now can only help me get bigger when I do take the juice.

    I would suggest getting your bf under 20% before you start. Not flaming you but if you knew how to eat properly, you wouldn't have 30% at 200lbs.
